E.H Shepard the famous English artist and book illustrator (also responsible for Winnie-the-Pooh) has one of the best illustrations in the world for The wind in the willows. His daughter, Mary Shepard illustrated Marry Poppins. Iacob Desideriu illustrated this book for the Romanian public and I have to say he did a great job with his assured line and water-colour washes.
