Silviu Baias is a Romanian painter and graphician. He was born in 1939.
Studies: The Academy of Art Nicolae Grigorescu, Bucharest, Romania (1959). Has studied with: Eugen Popa. Together with Ethel Lukats Baias is a great promoter of Romanian engraving in Japan and all over the world.
